條款及細則適用於閣下在樂學教育Lok Hok Education（「本公司」、「樂學」或「樂學教育」）訂講貨品。閣下使用本公司的產品銷售服務，即表示閣下同意並已接受本條款及細則約束，懇請仔細閱讀。
貨品
a. 本網頁中貨品的圖片、描述已盡力確保準確，但未能保證圖片或描述與實物完全相符。
b. 本公司盡力確保本網站所介紹的貨品為最新資料。倘若我們無法提供閣下訂單上的任何產品，本公司有權撤消訂單並會透過電話、Signal、WhatsApp 或電郵通知閣下；若因貨品短缺而無法訂購，閣下亦可選擇以等值的貨品取替；若閣下所選擇的貨品價格高於原貨品價格，須補回差價以購入商品。
c. 貨品價值均以港幣計算，並以訂購當日所示為準。
d. 本公司保留權利更改貨品的價格而不作另行通知。
e. 閣下收取貨品時便會收到收據以作記錄。
訂購貨品
a. 閣下可透過 Signal 或 WhatsApp，填寫表格訂購貨品。
b. 請閣下確保資料正確及完整。若閣下提供不完整資料，該訂單將不被接納；若因閣下填寫錯誤資料而導致損失，本公司概不負責；若閣下提供不實資料，本公司有權拒絕閣下的訂單。
c. 如閣下需更改貨品種類、數量、收貨人、收貨地址或取消訂購，必須於訂購日起一個工作天内致電 (+852) 6011 4574 與本公司聯絡。
d. 若顧客沒有在一個工作天內致電我們，而該貨品亦已經發貨，則無法再作更改或取消訂單。
私隱
樂學教育竭力維護閣下的私隱，所有個人資料均會嚴格保密，絕不向任何第三者披露或銷售閣下的個人資料。
產品所有權
樂學教育保留所訂貨品的所有權，直至客戶結清貨款。由客戶所導致的貨品損毀或遺失，我們概不負責。
不可抗力
若由於不可抗力的原因（包括：由於天災、火災、水災、意外、暴亂、戰爭、政府政策、罷工或任何本公司不能控制的情況）而未能準確地提供閣下所訂購的貨品，樂學教育均不會向消費者或第三者承擔任何責任。
付款方法
a. 顧客可使用 Paypal、Payme、轉數快、銀行轉帳或面交付款（若選擇面交付款，請事先付一半訂金，否則不會面交）。
b. 本公司保留權利於任何時間更改付款方式而不作另行通知。
交收服務
交收服務只適用於香港，顧客可與本公司相議交收地點。
配送服務
a. 樂學教育均以香港郵政局運送貨品至香港及澳門地區。如非運至上述地區，閣下亦可選擇使用速遞公司運送。
b. 若購物滿 HKD$1000 則可享免費送貨服務，但其服務只限於香港、澳門及台灣地區。如訂單總價格低於$1000，或閣下並不在上述三個地區，運費須由消費者承擔。樂學會因應不同重量、大小或地區收取相對應的運輸費用。
c. 已訂購的貨品會於訂購日起三個工作天內發貨。
d. 當八號烈風及暴風信號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時，發貨時間或會延遲，介時會再作通知。
e. 正常情況下，香港郵政局會於投寄日後二至五個工作天內完成本地派遞；澳門派遞需二至六個工作天。如非使用香港郵政局運送，則視乎該公司的運送速度。
f. 本公司建議以香港郵政局郵寄貨品的買家，選擇掛號郵件，否則寄失概不負責。

In using the Lok Hok Education (Lok Hok) in product selling service, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below. Please read the terms and conditions of this website carefully.
Product
a. Images and description displayed in Lok Hok Education are general information only. While every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this Website is accurate, Lok Hok cannot guarantee the product image or description are fully matched with the actual product(s).
b. Lok Hok Education made every effort to ensure that the information on this Website is the latest. If we cannot provide any product from your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will inform you via telephone, Signal, WhatsApp or email. If there is any storage, you can replace with equivalent product. If the product you want is/are greater than the original purchase amount, you must make up the difference.
c. All products on lokhok.com are listed in Hong Kong Dollars. Prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
d. We reserve the right to change the price(s) without any notice.
e. Receipt will be given when you received the product(s).
Ordering
a. You can fill in the ordering form via Signal or WhatsApp.
b. Please make sure the information provided are accurate and complete. If the information is not complete, the order will not be approved. We are not responsible for any losses due to the (careless) mistake(s) you made in the form. If any information made in the form is false, we reserve the right to reject your order.
c. Amending or canceling order after payment is accepted. You must contact us via telephone (+852) 6011 457 within one working day after ordering.
d. If you fail to contact us with one working day after ordering and the product is delivered, it cannot be amended or cancel.
Privacy
Lok Hok strives to protect your privacy. We will not sell or share your personal information or data to any third party.
Product Ownership
Lok Hok Education retains title in the products until full payment has been received. All risks in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
Force Majeure
Lok Hok shall not be liable for any delay or failure by fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, or any events outside our control.
Payment Method
a. We provide PayPal, Payme, FPS, band transfer and in-person payment. If you want to trade in-person, please prepay 50% deposit before trading, otherwise, in-person trading will not be provided.
b. Lok Hok Education reserve the right to change payment method without any notice.
In-Person Trading
In-Person Trading is only available if you are in Hong Kong. Trading venue is negotiable.
Delivery Service
a. Products will be delivered by registered mail (Hongkong Post) to Hong Kong and Macau. Other express companies are provided if the products are not delivered to the above 2 locations.
b. There will be free delivery within Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan on orders over HKD $500. While when the order below HKD$500 or you are not in the above 3 location, you are responsible for this additional delivery charges. Charges depends on the destination, weight and size of item(s).
c. Lok Hok Education will deliver your order within 3 business days after the payment is made, and we would inform you through WhatsApp or Signal.
d. While if topical cyclones no.8 or above, red or black rainstorm warning are issued, delivery would be delayed and we will inform you.
e. Goods delivered to Hong Kong customers would be delivered by Hong Kong Post. If your products are delivered by Hong Kong Post, local delivery usually takes 2-5 working days; while Macau usually takes 3-6 working days. If you are using other express, it depends on the specific company. Final delivery date is subjected to actual situation.
f. Lok Hok recommends that you use Tracking Local Mail/ Outward International Mail (registered packet) if your products are delivered by Hong Kong Post. We are not responsible for lost packages.
