Q:如何訂購貨品?
A:閣下可透過 Signal 或 WhatsApp,填寫表格訂購貨品。請閣下確保資料正確及完整。若閣下提供不完整資料,該訂單將不被接納;若因閣下填寫錯誤資料而導致損失,本公司概不負責;若閣下提供不實資料,本公司有權拒絕閣下的訂單。
Q:付款方法有甚麼?
A:顧客可使用 Paypal、Payme、轉數快、銀行轉帳或面交付款。
Q:取貨方式有甚麼?
A:香港顧客在可選擇面交取貨;香港及澳門顧客可以香港郵政局運送貨品;其餘地區可選擇使用速遞公司運送。若選擇面交付款,請事先付一半訂金,否則不會面交;而面交地點則可本公司相議。
Q:需要付運費嗎?
A:若購物滿 HKD$1000 則可享免費送貨服務,但其服務只限於香港、澳門及台灣地區,如訂單總價格低於$1000,或閣下並不在上述三個地區,運費須由消費者承擔。樂學會因應不同重量、大小或地區收取相對應的運輸費用。
Q:訂購貨品後,可否再作更改或取消?
A:閣下必須於訂購日後的一個工作天內致電我們 (+852) 6011 4574 以作更改或取消,若顧客沒有在一個工作天內致電,而該貨品亦已經發貨,則無法再作更改或取消。
Q:已訂購的貨品將於甚麼時候發貨?
A:本公司會於訂購日起三個工作天內發貨,發貨後亦會以WhatsApp或Signal通知。倘若八號或以上烈風及暴風信號懸掛、紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效,發貨時間或會延遲,屆時亦會再作通知。
Q:送貨服務需時多久?
A:正常情況下,香港郵政局會於投寄日後二至五個工作天內完成本地派遞;澳門派遞需二至六個工作天。如非使用香港郵政局運送,則視乎該公司的運送速度。

Q:How to order?
A:You can contact us and fill our order form via Signal or WhatsApp. Please make sure the provided information are accurate and complete. If the information is not complete, the order will not be approved. We are not responsible for any losses due to the (careless) mistake(s) you made in the form. If any information made in the form is false, we have the right to reject your order.
Q:What are the payment methods?
A:We provide PayPal, Payme, FPS, band transfer and in-person payment.
Q:What are the product delivery methods?
A:LokHok provide in-person trading for customers in Hong Kong. Products will be delivered by registered mail (Hongkong Post) for customers in Hong Kong and Macau. Other express companies are provided if the products are not delivered to Hong Kong and Macau. If you want to trade in-person, please prepay 50% deposit before trading, otherwise, in-person trading will not be provided. Trading venue is negotiable.
Q:Do I need to pay for the delivery charge?
A:There will be free delivery within Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan on orders over HKD $1000. While when the order below HKD$1000 or you are not in the above 3 location, you are responsible for this additional delivery charges. Charges depends on the destination, weight and size of item(s).
Q:Can I amend or cancel my order once I have paid for it?
A:You must contact us via telephone (+852) 6011 457 within one working day after ordering. If you fail to contact us and the product is delivered, it cannot be amended or cancel.
Q:When will the goods delivered?
A:LokHokEducation will deliver your order within three business days after the payment is made, and we would inform you through WhatsApp or Signal. While if topical cyclones no.8 or above, red or black rainstorm warning are issued, delivery would be delayed and we will inform you.
Q:What is the estimated time of delivery?
A:Goods delivered to Hong Kong customers would be delivered by Hong Kong Post. If your products are delivered by Hong Kong Post, local delivery usually takes 2-5 working days; while Macau usually takes 3-6 working days. If you are using other express, it depends on the specific company. Final delivery date is subjected to actual situation.
